Providers can submit deals, offers, or discounts on the platform for a limited time period.
All deals are subject to availability, and Swapup does not guarantee the availability of any offer.
Swapup is not responsible for the quality, legality, or fulfillment of any deal posted by providers.
Providers must ensure that all deals comply with local laws, regulations, and standards.
Deals posted by providers are for informational purposes only. Swapup does not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions in the deals.

 5.⁠ ⁠Fees and Payments

Swapup operates on a subscription model. Providers pay a fixed subscription fee to access the platform and post deals.
There are no commissions on sales made through the deals listed on Swapup.
Payment for the subscription is due at the time of registration and on a recurring basis according to the plan chosen by the provider.

Providers are responsible for ensuring that their deals are accurate, up-to-date, and fully honored.
Providers must respect all applicable laws, including those related to consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property.
Providers are solely responsible for customer service related to the products or services they offer, including refunds, exchanges, and complaints.

 7.⁠ ⁠Responsibilities of Swapup

Swapup provides a platform for providers to list deals and offers but is not responsible for the fulfillment or delivery of the products or services offered.
Swapup reserves the right to remove any deal that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at its discretion.

Swapup is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including any disputes between providers and users or issues related to the deals offered.
Swapup does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information posted by providers.

Swapup reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
Providers may terminate their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
